KAMPALA, Uganda – Health authorities in Kampala have intensified efforts to contain an Ebola outbreak after several suspected cases were reported in different parts of the city.

According to officials from the Ministry of Health, rapid response teams were deployed to identify contacts of infected individuals and provide necessary medical care. Residents have been urged to remain calm while following health guidelines such as regular handwashing, avoiding physical contact with suspected patients, and reporting symptoms immediately.
